Privacy notice

Last updated: 1 October 2026. This notice explains how Sprinqle handles information when you explore, save and share ideas.

Who is responsible and how to contact us

Sprinqle operates this service. The operator’s legal name, postal address and verified privacy contact must be added before publication. Until then this notice is a draft and does not identify the controller as required.

Information we process

We process the searches, prompts, chat messages, uploaded files and generated ideas you choose to submit. If you register, we process your email address, account identifier, profile name, saved ideas, idea boards and sharing settings. Sign-in providers may share basic profile information with us. We also process essential technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request and error logs.

Guest ideas and preferences may be saved in your browser. Public idea boards and shared idea pages can be accessed by anyone with their link; avoid including sensitive or third-party personal data in content you share.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide searches, AI generation, accounts, saving, exports, sharing and support (performance of a contract or steps you request). We use limited technical data to keep the service safe, diagnose failures and improve reliability (legitimate interests). Where law requires consent for optional storage or tracking, we will request it before enabling those features.

Service providers and transfers

The service uses Supabase for accounts and stored data, Vercel for hosting, analytics and performance measurement, OpenAI for AI requests, and external image providers such as Pixabay where images are requested. Vercel Web Analytics reports page views and referrers, plus general country, browser, operating-system and device information. Speed Insights reports anonymous Core Web Vitals with route, network-speed, browser, device, operating-system and country categories. Neither feature uses analytics cookies or identifies visitors across websites. URL query strings are removed from page-view and performance measurements. Routine custom events contain only event names and limited categories. If you opt into cohort measurement, Sprinqle stores a random browser ID and ISO week in local storage and sends them to Vercel with at most one return event per active week. The ID is not linked to your account, searches, prompts, idea titles, filenames, or content; it is rotated after 90 days and can be removed by withdrawing your choice or clearing browser storage. Cohort measurement is off until you explicitly allow it. Vercel may retain events already sent for the reporting period stated for the project plan. Google, Microsoft or Facebook receive information when you choose their sign-in option. Their own notices also apply. Data may be processed outside your country; any required transfer mechanism and provider settings must be verified before publication. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Browser data remains until you clear it or remove saved content. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a limited period thereafter as needed for security, legal obligations and recovery. Exact log, backup and account-deletion periods must be confirmed before publication.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, and complain to your local data-protection authority. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on it. Contact details and a working deletion process must be supplied before launch.

Children and changes

Sprinqle is intended for a general audience and is not designed for children under 16. If we learn a child’s data was submitted without a valid basis, we will take steps to remove it. We will publish material changes here with a new date.
