Help improve Sprinqle
How our optional return measurement works.
Why we measure this
We want to understand whether Sprinqle remains useful after a first visit. For each starting week, we measure the share of participating browsers that are active again in later weeks.
What happens when you allow it?
Sprinqle stores a random ID on this device, its starting week and the last measured active week. Actions such as completing a search or opening or saving an idea send at most one return event per active week to Vercel.
What information is sent?
The return event contains the random browser ID and starting week. We do not link this ID to your account, email, searches, prompts, ideas or files. It identifies this browser; other browsers and devices count separately.
How long is it stored?
After 90 days, the ID is replaced on the next measured activity. Withdrawing permission removes it earlier. Events already sent are not automatically removed from Vercel; its reporting period depends on the project subscription.
Your choice
Permission is optional. Declining does not prevent you from using Sprinqle. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Withdrawing permission stops optional return measurement and removes the ID and its week data from this browser.
AI generation costs
With permission, separate random browser and session IDs group token usage and estimated AI costs in Supabase. Sessions expire after 30 minutes without API activity; tabs count separately. These records contain no account details, prompts or generated content. Without permission, only technical costs per AI request are recorded, without browser or session IDs.
Other measurements
This choice concerns optional return measurement. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights also measure general traffic and performance without analytics cookies. Search terms in URL query strings are removed from those measurements.
